Pricing System
Fixed Fee System: We enjoy active
interaction with customers. Under an hourly charge system, customers tend
to shorten communications with a consultant who also feels pressure to be
conscious about the time. We do not believe it is right. The key to successful
consulting work is thorough understanding of the client and free flow of
information between the consultant and the client. We will be able to focus
on issues without mutually being worried about the cost.
Fixed Fee per Assignment/Project: The fee schedule will be agreed
with the client for a particular assignment or project. The benefit we bring
about must exceed the total fee and expenses the client incurs. The pre-agreed
fees will become our bench mark for us to monitor and measure our own performance.
The maximum out-of-pocket expenses to be allowed can be also agreed.
Fixed Fee for a Set Period: This fee schedule is suitable for
the service or consultation required for a certain occurrance which the client
cannot determine the frequency or timing. It is similar to a retainer fee;
yet it can be arranged for a much shorter period.
Success Fee Scheme: Our fees can be a percentage of the benefit
we bring about for a pre-determined period. This is suitable for a start-up
company with right cash flow.

Until we know for sure how much additional benefit we will be able to produce
through our efforts, we will not charge you a penny. With professional pride
